The separating drum W305C appeals with its uniquely compact design. It is particularly suitable for sorting very small and medium-sized injection mouldings.
By means of the central adjustment the separating drum can be adjusted to a new parts/sprue combination within a few seconds, easily and very precisely. All pairs of rolls can be synchronously adjusted by hand in less than no time via a chain drive and can be locked by means of a central locking device. With the compact, mobile undercarriage the drum is infinitely adjustable in height and inclination and can thus be optimally adapted to the production requirements.

The separators for multi-purpose application, for the sorting of injection moulded parts and sprue. By means of the central adjustment the separating drum can be adjusted to a new parts/sprue combination within a few seconds, easily and very precisely.

Our worm-type separators operate with a compact 3-phase-drive, independent of the belt drive.
A stable spindle adjustment for precise adjustment of the worm-type separator guarantees optimal separating results. The integrated traction control protects the operator from injury and the parts to be separated from damage.
The separator can be used very flexibly by direct attachment to the conveyor belt or with an additional base.
